3. User Accounts

• One person may not maintain more than one account

5. Services and Orders

5.2 Order Process

• Orders are binding contracts between Buyers and Sellers
• Payment is processed upon order placement
• Funds are held in escrow until order completion
• Buyers must provide clear requirements and feedback
• Sellers must deliver work as specified and on time

5.3 Revisions and Modifications

• Revision terms are specified in each service package
• Additional work beyond scope may incur extra charges
• Both parties must agree to any order modifications

6. Payments and Fees

6.1 Platform Fees

• viberr charges a service fee on completed transactions
• Fees are clearly disclosed before payment
• Payment processing fees may apply
• Fee structure may change with notice

6.2 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through secure payment providers
• Funds are released upon order completion and approval
• Sellers can withdraw earnings according to payout schedule
• Disputed payments may be held pending resolution

6.3 Refunds

• Refunds are available when work doesn't meet specifications
• Disputes are resolved through our resolution process
• Partial refunds may be issued for partially completed work
• Refund decisions are made at viberr's discretion

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership Rights

• Buyers receive full rights to completed custom work
• Sellers retain rights to their general methods and techniques
• Pre-existing intellectual property remains with original owners
• Source code and deliverables belong to the Buyer upon completion

7.2 Platform Content

• viberr owns all platform design, features, and functionality
• Users grant viberr license to use their content for platform operation
• Users retain ownership of their original content

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Service Availability

viberr is a marketplace platform. We facilitate connections between Buyers and Sellers but are not party to their agreements. Users are responsible for their own interactions and transactions.

viberr's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific transaction in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Account Termination

10.1 Termination by User

• You may terminate your account at any time
• Outstanding orders must be completed or resolved
• Some information may be retained for legal purposes

10.2 Termination by viberr

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
• Serious violations may result in immediate termination
• We will provide notice when possible
• Funds may be held pending resolution of disputes

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first be resolved directly between parties. If resolution is not possible, our support team will mediate. For legal disputes, parties agree to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
